anyone who knows me knows all about my little obsession with all things culinary. from dives, to michelin starred restaurants - and every farmer's market in between, i loves me some food. good food. made with love. now, lemme tell you... i have no formal training. i rarely follow recipes or use measurements when cooking (so different when baking). and i am not so great at plating. none of that matters... i'm still sharing my latest culinary adventures, be they prepared, ordered, or hoped for... buen provecho!
